It's unsettling to think about living with diabetes it's more unsettling if you have to take pills, inject yourself with insulin and check your numbers constantly. The concern if your numbers will drop while driving or when they go to high. Constantly watching carbs and many other aspects of this condition that are part of your daily life. Don't fool yourself into thinking, "This could never happen to you." Far too often people who have been diagnosed with prediabetes or type II diabetes stay in the denial mode and try to ignore the symptoms until it's too late.

Between 1986 and 2000, their numbers magnified from 1 in 200 adults to 4 in 200. This year, more than 100,000 in that category are expected to undergo drastic surgery that shrinks their stomachs and shortens their intestines to help them lose weight. Obesity kills over 300,000 people a year in the United States.
Those who have been diagnosed with prediabetes or type II can benefit by reducing their weight by only 10%. Reducing your weight can also assist with lowering your blood pressure and cholesterol.
Diabetes will not get you. However if you ignore it, one of the complications can get you such as heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, nephropathy, gastroparesis, limb loss, blindness just to name a few.
